There are no heavyweight modules and no custom integrations, which keeps the price within a local business budget. We set the system up and train your team at the start, and then you run it yourself. When the business grows, you can move up to KONIK with a Project Manager.

You do. The system prepares draft posts and graphics labelled as AI content, and you approve them and publish them on your own profile. An ad campaign draft is always created paused and waits for your approval. Xpunkt has no automatic publishing: the decision and the click stay with you.
Yes, and we recommend it. Xpunkt has a calendar for team appointments, but it has no online booking for clients. That isn't part of what Xpunkt does, so Booksy or your booking system stays.
Xpunkt is fully integrated with KSeF, Poland's National e-Invoicing System. An invoice you issue in the system goes to KSeF, and the KSeF number comes back onto the invoice. You pull purchase invoices from KSeF into the system. During setup we connect the system to your KSeF account. Xpunkt doesn't do accounting, so your invoices still go to your accountant.
On servers in the European Union. The AI assistant answers based on your data, and every use of AI is logged, with cost limits. Konik System sp. z o.o. is the controller of personal data submitted through forms. You'll find the details in the privacy policy.
Email ihaha@koniksystem.com. We reply on working days. Our monitoring keeps an eye on the systems by checking servers and backups, and the CRM is backed up every night. If you need someone to make changes for you, you can buy consultation hours or move up to KONIK.
Yes, but only to people who have given their consent. The system keeps track of consents in line with the Polish Electronic Communications Act. We don't send offers to contacts who haven't consented, and we don't do it on your behalf.
